As of 4/10/26: Funding sources are being pursued for the replacement of the Forest Hills Pump Station. It is anticipated that funding will be provided through the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank), which is currently the funding source for the improvements to the elevated water storage tanks described above. The existing pump station has been in service for over 50 years and is an older style wet well – dry well station. The replacement station will utilize submersible pumps, which eliminates the need for confined space entry when servicing or replacing the pumps.
