Greetings from the Executive Director
As Executive Director, I would like to welcome you to the Monroe Municipal Utilities Authority’s website. This site was designed to supply you, our customers, with up-to-date information about the Monroe MUA, including access to Online Bill Pay and updated Water Quality and Financial Reports. It will also provide you with direct email access to our Customer Service Department, Superintendent of Operations, and myself.
I have been a lifelong resident of Williamstown and continue to reside here with my husband, our two children and our beloved dog, Charlie. I have served the Authority for 35 years and became Executive Director in 2018. During my tenure, I have had the pleasure to collaborate with many true professionals in finding ways to address problems and solutions together.
In continuing to serve the residents of Monroe Township, I strive in producing ways to implement new strategic plans which redefines our vision and focuses on priorities. In addition, I recognize that every rate payer is a stakeholder of this Authority and therefore, will continue to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
I am committed to empowering motivated and knowledgeable staff and board members who will consistently serve as fiscally responsible stewards of the public. I also understand the utmost importance of and will remain steadfast in encouraging strong working relationships within our community.
